Patent is the short name of the patent right. It is the right that occupying, exercising, disposing, benefit the fruits of creation within the certain period of time for  applicants and granted by our country according to the State Law . It is a property right, and a power weapons to seize potential market and be Exclusive of the existing market by using legal means.

In Chinese law, patents includes invention patent, utility model patent, design patent, three categories.

Invention patent” is the highest technology, and it cost the most of creative labor by the creator among the three categories. The new product and its manufacturing method, or use-method both can be applied for the invention patent.

If only the products have some technical improvements can be applied for “utility models patent”. Please pay more attention to this practice fitting condition: utility model related to the shape, the structure, ortheir combination, of a product.

“Design patent” in the patent law means any new design of the shape ,the pattern or their combination, or the combination of the color with shape or pattern , of a  product ,which creates an aesthetic feeling an is fit for industrial application.

Patents shall be exclusive and timeliness and regional in character.
