Intellectual property rights includes occupying, exercising, disposition, benefit the fruits of the mental labour, and it enjoyed by the owner of the fruits of the mental labour.

Intellectual property is an intangible property, The same as housing, motor vehicles and others, it is subject to the protection of the State Law, having value and  use value. Some significant patents, trademarks or well-known works are much higher than the value of housing, automobiles and other tangible assets.
